IN FOCUS AND DETERMINATION ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
"As a prime example of her work, Stephanie Kuehn lives what she teaches, infusing her day-to-day existence with love and art, creating and maintaining harmonious and authentic relationships, and walking the world intimately connected to the present moment. I am happy to extend my enthusiastic recommendation of her services." - Penny Orloff, Author, and Broadway Dancer.
As a neurofeedback therapist and Executive Performance Coach, I am dedicated to helping people feel at home in their bodies and live fulfilling lives. I understand that this can be a difficult journey, as many of us carry the weight of intergenerational trauma, troubling memories, and other challenges that can impact our sense of safety and well-being. That is why I offer a range of services and techniques designed to support healing and growth.
I am in the process of completing a doctoral degree at California Institute for Human Science with a focus on Integrative and multi-modal approaches. Throughout my educational journey, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of the human psyche and the most effective ways to support healing. In addition to neurofeedback, I utilize techniques such as somatic experiencing, trauma-informed breathwork, and EMDR to help clients overcome trauma-induced disorders and find greater peace in their lives.
I am also a certified micro-current neurofeedback clinician. This means that I have received specialized training in using micro-current technology to help clients improve their brain function and reduce symptoms of a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. This non-invasive and painless treatment has been shown to be highly effective in helping people feel more balanced and in control of their lives.
Overall, my approach is holistic and integrative, recognizing that our mental, emotional, and physical well-being are interconnected. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their deepest thoughts and feelings, and begin the process of healing and growth. Whether you are seeking support for a specific issue or are looking to make positive changes to optimize your life, I am here to help you on your journey.
A Few Words on Advocacy
Throughout the years, I have contributed to advocacy projects focused on providing women and sex workers with platforms through which to share their perspectives while developing infrastructures to create safer and more supportive working environments. I feel passionate about this and can say with sincerity that service work has enriched my life.
I offer a handful of free services every year to those in underserved communities. If what I have said resonates, but you can't yet afford my services, please send me an email to request a scholarship application.
